In short, Fergies enjoying it. He's enjoying the performances, the man himself, the direction and the new players that van Gaal has helped bring in. He particularly enjoys his press conferences and how he handles the press and goes on to explain how he wanted van Gaal initially (along with a few others) but is very happy to see him come in and begin cleaning up the mess of the disaster before. Interesting to hear the legends views on our new manager as he's rarely spoken about him. I've seen people claim Fergie wouldn't be enjoying this and how he constantly looked disappointed when the camera panned to him in the stands. Good to know that was not the case. Fergie knows what he's talking about here, both regarding patience and the direction we are being taken. He knows winners and he knows the caliber of man required for the job. Anyway, moving on from van Gaal, it's great to see the legend talking about football and being positive about the club. Looking forward to his interview tonight to hear more on the past, present and future.
