Nani obviously didn't mean to do that to another male never mind a female But to answer your question, yes I would tackle in exactly the same manner and have done in the past. They are females, not infants. They know what they are signing up for!
Women can be as mentally tough as any man, more so cos at times they have more to prove in that department, but physically they are not designed for combat with males it is that simple For them to compete the rules would need ot change and some of the physicality taken out, football is perfect as is Basketball, boxing karate and so on is not, NFL definitely NOT.
I don't want women in the game. They can **** off and play/manage in their own ****ty league, that nobody watches
I think its fair, I mean, we made the sport, they have had handball and field hockey, or make their own fkn sport, why do we have to fkn share everything, FFS Do we see men moaning cos they can't foxybox? or mudwrestle?
We also have to worry about spontaneous sex if women are on the field with men. A male attacker collides with a female defender and they collapse to the floor with tussled hair... what happens next may be inappropriate for children watching.
a bad tackle can end chances of conceiving with a football boot stuck up there, waivers would have to be signed
I would like to apologise for this silly comment... it was ridiculous and out of place... What footballer would settle for a butch cow?
I saw today that the BBC have arranged a deal to show 3 or 4 new programmes about the Women's Premier League (including highlights, etc). Who the **** is going to watch that ****?! I'm guessing that it's just another attempt by 'Auntie' to appease the moaning minority, in the same way as when they make half of the British population black or Asian in dramas set in the 14th century.
In fairness they show Scottish Football sometimes and that's of a far lower standard than womens footy
Some worrying attitudes and opinions being shown in this thread. Seems I took awrong turn ended up back in the 70s talking to Alf Garnett.
Can only imagine what women would think if man tried to get into a women's sport to compete against women. Sporting equality my arse. FFS Improvements in equality has given women more rights though it is not perfect and there needs to be more done to give them more equality in the helpful areas!! but they have gained the right to work 80 hours a week, die younger of stress and never see their kids too, is that good for society, biology dictated mothers looked after kids, maternal instincts, yet men get blamed!!
equality its a funny auld thing. Never heard of a woman complain cos she cant be a miner, or a road sweeper but have if they want to be a manger or run a football club. Also, if they want equality in the work place, why on earth do they fking cry so much, HR do not in any way treat men and women equally either, we get by far the shorter end of that stick. When I worked at a company in London, there was this megacunt, if you messed up she'd have your balls, well one day she forgot to the AS/400 backups, a massive fkup. What did she do, she went to HR and cried and said everyone was out to get her!! at which point no male manager could touch here for her fk up. Inequalities on both sides if you ask me.
Who cleans your toilets at work BBF? I bet its not a man. So I'm not so convinced by the "they don't like equality in nasty jobs " arguments. And I'm fairly sure no one on here would stop the female fire fighter carrying your kids out of a burning building and say " I'd rather a man did that love they're stronger " Decent people men or women take work where they can get it. And a good socialist (I'm not one) would argue a worker first, a man or woman second. Some of my best managers have been female & not because they acted like a man but because they did the job well & allowed me to do mine. The very worst manager I've had was a man because he did nothing but display the alpha male attitudes present on here. All posture no work. The worst environments I've worked in have been when they are all one gender. Men become 14 again when grouped alone, women do that bitchy thing. But this thread has diverted somewhat . It was whether a woman could manage top flight one day, not whether they could play in the men's game. The odd sexist joke was expected but some of these posts just sound anti women. As far as I can see; no one is seriously asking for top flight football to be mixed; for the very physical reasons suggested and because the little money developing for women in the game would vanish if they disappeared into the back up squads of the Mens game. So, in regards to managers or coaches. **** gender, just give me good because I've watched some **** male managers destroy teams in my day & to suggest, given the choice you'd rather have them knowing their record over an up & coming female manager is just plain daft.
Pretty much what I was saying (but in a much more basic manor ). Whether you have an inner or outty doesn't matter, its the individual that counts. Obviously, with sports it is slightly different because of the male body generally being superior for physical sporting activities (try telling that to a woman that just endured twenty plus hours of labour!). However, some females and in better shape and condition than their male counterparts too. PS...it's a male that cleans our work toilets
Lol G, we have both cleaning ours & after some of the animals in our building have visited they deserve a bloody medal. Really wouldn't want to see these guys homes.
