I remember Danny Murphy saying it took a while for some players to buy in to Hodgsons philosophy but they did in the end. Do we have time for them to buy in to FM's philosophy? I don't think he's the type of guy that will accept a few of them grumbling. He'll get them working as a unit from day one for sure. I think, deep down, we all knew RM was not as organised and that the structure was confusing. I just held on to the belief that this nice guy, great coach, had what it takes to do the business for Fulham. Ultimately though the people at the top of the club recognised something was wrong and acted.
