Well after last weeks shambles anyway. That was 100% better than last week and i still cant believe we didnt win that.Ruddy only had one save to make and that was the dubious penalty.

Bassong and Garrido looked solid at the back and the surprise inclusion of the day Barnett played well. The only negative was that game was crying out for Hoolly to come on in the last 20 or so.

Last week I had some concerns, this week I have none. Its still going to be tough but cant see us going down on that display.Looking forward to seeing who the new striker will be this week.

I feel buoyed as well, the performance was the most important thing and it looked positive and progressive. I thought all areas of play looked like they were clicking and individual performances from Jackson, holty, snoddy garrido etc were very good. I think we can kick on and maybe get something out of a spurs team that isn't firing and a west ham team that looks a little out of their depth. Bracing myself for more penalties from refs that are shockingly bad almost the point of suspicion.

Yes, much better, but we still have to prove that we can put up the same level of performance playing 451 or 4411, since all the signs are that Hughton is going to continue with this away from home and against the very top sides.
