Dino Fazlic, a 22-year-old midfielder who was on trial this summer, has signed a one-year deal with the club.

I suspect Felix sees him as a maybe, rather than someone to go straight into the first eleven, or he'd be on a longer contract. Does anyone know more about him than the bare bones on the club website?

It seems to me that the signing of midfielders has been a little bit neglected so far, the signings of Fotheringham, Chihi and now this lad just look to be bulking up numbers and taking up squad places. A bit of money was spent on Eisfeld but there's not really been much attention or money put into getting that one or possibly even two quality midfielders who could make a big difference this season.

Yes a quality MF player is certainly required and quickly. Devoid of ideas today.

Was deemed not good enough at Werder Bremen, Bolton and Grasshopper Zurich. It's a nothing signing really, if he flops so be it, not much was ever expected of him, if he's great then it looks like a brilliant signing from Felix. I'll be surprised if he starts more than 5 league games this year.

Can only go by what I saw of him in the Open Training Day, which obviously is not the real deal. And he looked okay - his apparent strengths being accurate passer and use of both feet.

Like others I can't see him being the elusive experienced central midfielder, however.
