    I like the bit when the Soviet guy is training using high tech equipment and injecting drugs, but Gambol just runs through the mountains and that and does sit ups hanging from a beam in a barn.

    Think about it Monaco? Who makes Fabreeze? Proctor and GAMBOL that's who. His family make the stuff, the Industrial strength cans were specifically made for his needs, it's like a Magnum sized can, the family call it the the "Gambol".
