That was my point knucklehead. You don't say how much return on the investment is expected, so there's no way for the casual reader to judge whether your rant is justified or not. A very sloppy piece of work.
I don't regard it as a lot of money wasted,small by the return that it will bring it and instead of moaning get behind the plan and dream upsomething were you can avail of the riches that will be on offer.I may even end up there myself all going well and there's 2/3 grand back already
To be fair, 90% of the readership on here either think salmond's an utter tool or a hero that's going to lead Scotland to the promised land giving the union a decent kicking in the process. ER could have composed the most erudite, thoughtful, witty and insightful piece of writing ever seen on here and said that the visit bought in a trade deficit or that it made the country 297 million trillion pounds and the response would still have been "salmond's a cock" or "go on eck get it right up the sassenachs".
