Farewell from Fan

    Morning All

    As you may have noticed (to the joy of some) I have recently been absent from these boards, with only the occassional appearance thrown in in the early hours

    Basically I have been observing Ramadhan and have been getting up to start my fast (sehri) and pray. The days have been spent in worship in the main, but I have also been negotiating a lease to fulfill an ambition I have held for many years.

    Some will know that I enjoy cooking, and can cook most world dishes. I can cook chinese, mexican, Italian, Indian and even Cuban cuisine. For many years I have wanted to open a bistro/diner where I can earn money utilising these talents and finally the dream is to become a reality.

    This (again to much joy for some) pretty much ends my time on forae such as this, maybe the ocassional hello but no more long debates/discussions etc


    I just want to wish you all well (yes including YOU) and say that it has been fun. If you ever pass through stoke (maybe for the footie) then I am about 2 minutes from the station behind the civic offices. There is a few food based premises but ask for Fan and I will shout ya a cuppa and you can sample some of my efforts on me
