Over on the Town board we're planning the funeral for our club which lived to the ripe old age of 130. I wonder if you could compose some verse for the occasion?

Scrap is about the only appropriate one - as in, might as well scrap the club <ok>

Last one I got from you was two days ago (Friday). If it is one you sent since, I have not seen it.

Hampy, I´d never be averse (sorry) to it, as you know, but surely you´re not getting that desperate already are you? I did notice that you had dropped alarmingly just lately, but where´s all your Suffolk Punch ;)

One win and all the teams near the bottom of each league will vault the table. Its a bit early for funeral arrangements. We are near the bottom but have lost one game and should have won the other three. A bit of luck and you can be up there and singing everyone's praises.
Look at WHU. They must have the worst midfield in the Prem but have 7 points!

Also Hampy, you were the better team yesterday! You have Paul Jewell's word for it. He had no doubts, kept repeating it over and over again ........

There once was a club from Suffolk,
Whose football was a-load of old muck,
    They appointed a boss,
    Who played total dross,
And Norwich fans dont give-a fly-ing...

One glaaring mistake here CS. The word 'pig' at the end doesn't seem to rhyme with anything else in your verse <whistle>

Well now that´s not entirely true PC
It could be that you youngsters feel that way,
But personally I´d be happy to see
Them alongside, to relive ´Derby Day`,
And anyway having two clubs from here
Would add a bit of spice wouldn´t you think,
Competing side by side in the top tier
The thought boggles so much it makes one blink.

    RBF I completely agree,
And if I'm speaking in all honesty,
    Although they're our rivals,
    I hope-they win survival,
And a Premier derby we'll see.
