Im posting as an honest response, not ignoring your words, but trying to just give my point of view as to how I seen what happened. I personally don't think it needs a ban, and nor do I believe you will get a ban. Well I hope not anyway, what you said, was going to get a response, but nothing worthy of a ban or a warning in my eyes. I have a feeling it is mainly a bit of a piss take to do with the last few instances of banning's that happened over here, the most recent being KnackeredJack who was banned for using someone's name, something he didn't think was wrong as supposedly used to be his username on the old 606, but was still banned nonetheless. Not to mention he feels Blue's reasons are not good enough to have warranted a ban. Which of what I have seen, I have to agree with him, and that's then ended up with what happened with you. After all if one of ours is getting banned for what he did, which in the grand scheme of things, is not all that bad. Then should we be doing the same? Which I hope not. As far as I know (and I could be wrong, only 2 have been banned from our bored that I can recall, John and Aber), yet many Jacks seemed to have got bans on yours for the littlest of things, me being one of them. And to be fair, it was hardly a call for a ban, just a question about removing the post, I found it pretty much tongue in cheek
I wouldn't if I was a mod & I also wouldn't expect a mod to ban someone for that. The suggestion is probably the usual schoolyard stuff that some (not all) like to indulge in over there.

As for this board banning more posters than the jax board, could that be beacause you lot infest this board like a plague of biblical proportion? Whereas you might receive the odd post from time to time from reasonable posters who are faced with the usual hatred when they do make an effort. Why do you always seem to amend your posts by the way. I'm just curious.
That's unecessary Graduate, and I wouldn't go as far as to say that, but FFS, do we need a thread like this on here? Like anyone else, Swampy can post what he likes on here and any other forum for that matter, but is it really worth the effort just to clarify something that could be sorted with a PM? Let's get away from all this "banning" stuff and for Christ's sake talk about football with some decent banter thrown in. This forum is descending into garbage territory again. If this is the level it's sinking to, I'll be glad when the bloody "derby" game is over and we can chat to other club posters without all this ****.

this is stupid and so childish that some need to look in the mirror, I am a jack and i'm embarrassed at the childish posts that have nothing to do with football whatsoever. Its sad but my fellow jacks are the worst of the worst and even i don't know any of them they are acting like spoiled children. I thought i was joining this forum to talk football but i have stumbled on some sort of point scoring match with who can insult the most....What is the point of that? Its so immature and ridiculous you could not make it up. I suggest the cardiff fans just ignore and just respond to football matters that don't insult your club and vice versa. Both parties will soon give up if you don't respond and the mods can clean up the both boards of all this nonsense by deleting any off topic threads...grow up lads and act your age..
I mentioned way back and I think it made it into the rules, discussing banning and requesting bans should not be allowed. The he said she said bollocks will be the death of these boards. Only people who need to talk about bans are mods and I believe they have their own board for that. One thing I have to correct on this thread. Aussie was banned for being a repetitive disruptive wum. Not for the name thing.
I agree with this Dai .... A lot of Swansea posters went WAY over the top for a post that would normally be ignored or answered with a bit of dignity, but the SW derby is upon us and nerves are jangled in the west
Blueturk i just hate all this rubbish and cant for the life of me why such rubbish is tolerated to be honest with you. I love banter as much as the next fan and there is nothing wrong with a bit of light humor, but all this vile disgusting posts that has nothing to do with football and is to personal for my liking should stop. It might be me i may be from the old school and a bit old fashioned but i wont partake in such rubbish, We are all welsh fans who support different clubs after all and we are just two teams in an english set up and if any vile insults then you would expect it to come from the english clubs and not two welsh clubs at each others throat in every post. Of Course on derby day i want my team to win and i expect cardiff fans to think the same but if we lose then nobody has died and we should be man enough to say well played. we can have disagreements how the game was won or lost without vile insults after all its only a game of football at the end of the day, there are much more important issues going on in the world to get worked up about than football.....
Did make me smile when Aussie got the chop, still moaning about his ban on thier board ! To be honest he was adding nothing to any discussion and he certainly is a self righteous, arrogant person. I really hope he never comes back over here. Personally i cannot remember the last time i posted on the dark side, and dont intend to any time soon.
