Hi Dennis. I only caught a bit of it, but Radio 4 had a discussion on the history of Gin this morning, and the bits I heard were interesting, even to a none Gin drinker like me. Things like the first vending machine was 'pussy mew' where you put coins in its mouth, and Gin came out of its tail. I'm a bit of a gin conny saur myself as it happens. My go-to spirit. It's essentially posh vodka from what I can gather.
