I have posted this on our board Dave in case others experience the same as me. While it is not life threatening it is a little annoying.......................

After logging on to the not606 site I can access everywhere I need to BUT if I leave the website 'idle' for maybe 10 minutes I have to log on again to be able to post anything.

Is this how the site is meant to run? I appreciate you may not have the answer but do you know, or anyone else for that matter?

If it makes any difference I use IE8

    Hope someone can help <ok>

Hi Thai, I don't know if this is an answer as such, but when I go out for any reason, I leave my laptop switched on, and when I return after maybe a couple of hours, I'm still logged in! Could it be a 'browser' issue? I use Google Chrome! Let me know if that helps <ok>

There should be a "Keep me logged in" tickbox somewhere where you log in?

Thai, I've had the same thing at work - maybe they are trying to tell me something

There is a "remember me" box when you log in but i don't know if it leaves you logged in

Same happens to me. It's slightly annoying as my password is longer than an 1p5wich hoofball.

If you tick the remember me box, you only have to type the first letter of your user-name and it will fill in automatically <ok>

I do that but it doesn't fill the password in!

Since I sent a message using the sites 'contact us' link to report it, it has worked on chrome <laugh>

It definitely works for me! I've just remembered, first time you log in after ticking the box, you get a drop-down bar asking if you want Google Chrome to remember your password <ok>

There is a problem with the site provider, Maltese Mick, who owns the site, is aware of the problem, and says it will be sorted this week! Apologies for the inconvenience <ok>
