Anybody else doing the Premier League Fantasy football this season?

Obviously we've plenty of prediction competitions going on in the forum this season, but if there's enough people doing it anyway, do people fancy a not606 league?

I've been meaning to post something about this for the last week or so! Yeah I'm up for it, I created a Not606 mini-league for us last year and I appear to be representing the Canaries this season in that league set up by the Leicester fan so if somebody creates a league I'll definitely join!

Also, I run a couple of dream team competitions at work, both based on the Sun scoring system with just a few tweaks. You don't have to enter the official competition or even buy the paper, I certainly don't, but the dream team is nice and simple and I've been running it on that for years so haven't felt the need to change.

The Abraham Lincoln Memorial costs £20 to enter and you get the standard £50m to select your team, and the Gary Bushell costs £10 and in that one you only have £25m to spend on your team and in that you can't pick anyone from any of the clubs playing in Europe competitions. Plenty of prize money up for grabs, monthly prizes for top three places as well as the big money at the end of season, well worth winning!

If anyone fancies getting involved or would like to know more then drop me a pm.

Seeing as it takes 30 secs to make a league, easier to make it and see who joins rather than see if there's enough interest:

    League code is: 1629367-393722

Come one, come all, and you can all laugh at how dreadful I am.

I'm in, I have tendency to be very into it for a few months then forget about it entirely.

3 gameweeks in, the standings are as follows:

I've deleted manager names so I'm not plastering real names all over the forum. Some managers will be harder to guess than others...

Anyone wanting to join in late is obviously more than welcome.

I'd have been top if I hadn't been such a mupper to transfer out Calum Wilson on Saturday morning <doh> He was an additional one as well so I even paid 4 points to rob myself of the 17 he picked up for his hat-trick - good!

Only cosolation is I brought Gomis in for him who at least scored - I've swapped them back again for this week.

When Ramsey's "goal" last night first went in, I was kicking myself for benching Krul in favour of Mignolet. Thankfully the Liverpool clean sheet meant the damage wasn't too great.

I made an additional transfer this week to get Redders back. I expect he'll get injured in the cup tonight now!

If I join, will my points from the previous weeks be added, or will I have a 3-week handicap?

You can join leagues whenever you want and you carry on your points from where you are so yes of course you do get to keep the points you've accrued thus far <ok>

I've stuck with Johnny from the start, really want to bring Redders in now but am worried as soon as I do he'll go off the boil. I had Rusty in for the first week and then took him out just before he started his scoring spree <doh>

    Well, I'm in then.

And with a current total of 157, I'm technically leading

Ditto - sendings off for Afellay and Coutinho didn't help things!
