I just had to copy this from over on the O.S. Fans' Forum:

'Just a word of thanks from me and Seanan on the 2012-2013 season now that its at an end.

I cannot put into words my thanks for all you fans that supported Bristol Rovers and Seanan over a season that had a few lows but finished on a tremendous high.

Thanks for your debates on his performances and the encouragement he received from the stands, it was truly appreciated and motivated him to do better especially in that last 10 minutes when games can be won and lost.

For all the messages and get well soon's that took a young boy out of the doldrums when he got injured to one that is making great progress on his return back again I thank you.

Seanan has returned home a young man and humbled by you all at Bristol Rovers. Seanan never got to share with you his appreciation or his kits on the last game of the season so I have 2 signed away jerseys 1 long sleeved and 1 short to give to any of you Gas fans/Fan Clubs/Charity raffles that would like to have them.

If you give me details I can send them off by post

Finally, I wish you all health and happiness and look forward to the 2013-2014 season.'

Great post from a proud and grateful dad.

i remember when his dad came on the OS after clucas got injured. he updated us on his sons injury before the club did! its good seeing family members come on to a football forum and get involved. that makes me feel like clucas could be around for a while if his dad got a say in things! thats good news as he was playing really well before his injury.

That's great stuff - looking forward to seeing him back in the blue and white quarters next season.

Clearly, JW and the club are looking after the young players we have. Hopefully with a bit of nurturing, those same players can get better and better and repay the fans with promotion next season.
