I wouldn't be surprised if Murphy &co are playing games, ie, not even looking for more investors, just waiting for Roland to drop his price to what they can afford. Why else would Murphy go on holiday? I've got no idea what is behind the bizarre claim that Roland has agreed a different sale price with the other alleged party.

Indeed he was. It's even possible that Murphy's public statement about looking for investors was a sham, he's just waiting for Roland to drop his price. And the Belgian Turkey's statement about a 3rd party completing DD, but they don't want anybody to know anything about them looks like just as cynical a ploy. If this is the true level of negotiations the takeover is stuck in limbo indefinitely. The value of the club is dropping, Roland won't budge, stalemate.
