Let us hope they keep their word about communicating with the fans. After all, they need us as much as we need them.
I understand how you feel chaps but we've no real right to know anything about what they intend to do with PFC. We're just fans of a very special club and we pay our money or not. That is our choice. These guy's have put their money on the table and bought the thing. It would be nice if they were forthcoming to the media with their long term intentions and it should'nt be too difficult to guess what they are, but can you imagine John Deacon or Jim Gregory or any of their predecessors for that matter, doing likewise? No chance. I'm happy for all these little groups who purport to represent us all, that they now can have an audience with David Lampitt occasionally but is it all that neccesary? I don't really think so.
I think at this time, yes there should be dialogue only because of all the rubbish that has been before, and the common thing between the past 3-4 owner was a wall of silence. The fans, and I know I am one of them, want to know that this isnt a repeat of last time. And, to be honest, what has been said this past 3 days has been very reassuring and I am grateful that the PST and other groups have made the effort to get some information. And, because of this, I feel more happy and confident than I have felt about PFC than I have done in the past 2-3 years! So maybe this is just an exceptional circumstance, as its not every day a club nearly self implodes and almost goes out of business is it? But I am grateful for this dialogue between Dubov/Lampitt and the fans. And if they (Dubov and DL) want it to continue, then by all means let them.
