Hi everyone, I am currently undertaking a research study into the effect of marketing strategies used by English Football Clubs, and their resulting impact on fan loyalty. I posted this on the âGeneral Chatâ board yesterday and got some really good feedback from the guys on there. So now I'm focusing on league-specific fans. I know myself, as a Queens Park Rangers fan, how the choices made by a club can hugely affect the way the fans view their club, for better or worse. As part of my research the below questionnaire seeks to collect views of fans such as yourselves to create a discussion that clubs can use to better utilise their marketing work and more importantly improve overall fan loyalty.
