I assume they mean the fans forum and cast. To be honest - I'd want no interaction with the board as it stands. No point.
I think they also mean Target 20,000. Anyone with fairies at the bottom of the garden- they will get free admission and the fairies will be added to the attendance figure.
We know what they really think of the fans. They know too, that's why they try to cover it up with this crap. And it doesn't fool anyone, just exposes CEO to ridicule.
