If it is she has said previously that they would now be in favour of speaking to the club with regards a move if something could be done with the current site and they gave financial backing. Issue with Leazes Park I think, is there is just bound to be some lower testicled newt, 3 winged bat or lesser shagged Seagull covered by protected status which will throw a spanner in the works.
