Sadiq Khan..mayor of London, in Ferens Art gallery during that Turner Prize bollocks....Tiny fella, very cold hands.
John Prescott on several occasions. Once had a long chat with him on Leeds railway station. Decent bloke...That was way before he became infamous....Once at Brighton, when he rolled up to the 'well documented' city game in the two jags. Toss pot time.

" ****ing cockney nob ed I’ve ever met. What an absolute ****er, so ****ing full of himself, going bald with a pigtail of what was left, twat."
Red Top Reader's description of the Dire Straits manager.
Ed Bicknell (for it must have been him) used to organise gigs at Hull University in the 60s - always struck me as a nice bloke, good head of hair (can't remember him having a pony tail) and was from Wetherby so well out of the defined Cockney area.
