This is just madness. We have a frontline that has got the potential to be ****ing deadly, I'd rather see them do well than spend another £50m on a player. One game where we didn't turn up doesn't mean we're going down the ****ter.
The front line couldn't score in a brothel with the service they got from our midfield against the Spaniards. We need a proper controlling midfielder with vision and speed on the ball, who passes forwards, not sideways or backwards. When and if this ever happens, we have enough talent up front with Mata, Torres, Hazard et al to score for fun. Until it does, we will struggle against well organised defensive or counter attacking teams, as we have done last 2 years.

You think Lamps and Ramires would work? I can't see that. Both like to get forward. The defense would be under even more pressure. No,can't see that. Best we played this season was when Lamps didn't start. I think that says it all really.
You obviously haven't seen Lampard of late. I said one of anyway, Lampard and Mikel can roatate. I think Ramires and Romeu would be class too.
Don't be silly. I realize he doesn't go forward as much but the problem is the time it takes him to get back when he does. It's becoming increasingly clear that Lamps is our problem in the middle. Too slow with the pass and too slow covering back.
