http://m.southyorkshiretimes.co.uk/sport/football/doncaster-rovers/former_southampton_and_fulham_midfielder_fabrice_fernandes_on_trial_at_doncaster_rovers_1_4284507 Has been out of the game for four years and currently on trial with the Championship club.
if Doncaster need a man to keep hold of the ball for 5 mins solo, then they're on to a winner there. If however they are interested in passing the ball about, i'd steer clear
he will be great for them. he will run with the ball, run into traffic, turn 180 degrees with the ball, cut inside and lose it. Oh those were the days!
Haha, remember those days! He had more turns than a geriatric unit! Talking of wingers, I wonder what ever happened to Jose Dominguez ("he plays on the wing-ez)"?
I admit, that was a fine goal and I remember it well In the beginning i really liked Fernandes, but he frustrated the crap out of me, and no doubt all of his team-mates too. Although after watching it I clicked the link for the last ever game at the Dell. Made me all tingly inside to see Le Tiss score that final ever league goal there :-D
Thought he was a decent player, saw him score a great goal at Old Trafford. Didn't half pull a strop after being left out of the cup final team though
