I agree to an extent that the lists are weirdly compiled. Casillas and Bravo Pepe, Alves, Alba and Pique Fabregas, Xavi and Iniesta All those would be off my list for differing reasons. A few players would squeeze in on just their league form (Ivanovic, Pirlo, Modric) but most will be based on their World Cup performance.
