John Terry is being investigated for racial comments which he denied, the investigation has been going on and on without conclusion.Mind you, I ma not saying John Terry is guilty -it is for the investigators to decide. Luis Suarez is also being investigated for racial comments, which he also denied, the charge came within a short period of time. Luis Suarez is also being investigated for finger offence against Fulham fan, decision to charge him has been made within three days. This is a very busy period and clubs have to play many games within short period of time, if Suarez is banned for two to five games over this period Liverpool are at the receiving end.Double standards or not.?? terry is a police matter. that causes issues. the fact is the FA have not even scheduled a hearing for suarez for this racial thing so one must wonder what is the delay... two weeks ago we saw this charge and suarez has that time to make a request for a personal hearing. when is it to be done.. i thought this week max but no.... meanwhile JT in his infinite wisdom could run about getting deliberately booked to remove a suspension by making it occur at the carling cup (cheating in other words) play all the games and no sanction for somethign that the police do have evidence for... yet here's suarez with zero evidence (video etc) and he's charged. add in the england internationals who use finger gestures and have no action and you find a serious double standard.
