To be fair to Stroud he is on a long list of very inept referees we have had this season, both for and against us. So to make the German stand would probably mean having to get a ref from the local Sunday League, which obviously Pearson would be happy about!
The main thing i would say about Stroud is why are there so many incidents late in a game and it's not only us he irritates. Us v Sunderland, us v Bournemouth and Blackburn v Huddersfield , I think. Teams take matters into their own hands as they know Stroud won't do anything.
