Blackburn at home. Another boring draw - the only thing we have worse luck in than the draw is the competition itself.

Bit uninspiring but I'll probably still go.

I like the new way the draw is presented though. Much better than some suits in a Wembley box.

Did you see Arsenal will play Hull, a repeat of this year's final. Steve Bruce said that Hull drew Arsenal in the rehearsal draw too; what are the chances of that?!

Also why do they need a rehearsal draw?

They need a rehearsal draw to ensure that the cabbages taking part are capable of putting their hand down a hole and picking a ball out at random. It shouldn't be taken for granted that a footballer can do that competently at the first time of asking.

I find the televised presentation rather tiresome and repetitive. If the presenter told us once that Hull vs Arsenal would be / is a re-run of last season's final he told us a dozen times. OK, mate, we got the message. Hull played Arsenal in the final last season. Now FFS just get on with it.

The draw (which only takes twelve minutes to complete) is now overblown and over-presented. The FA Cup is quite capable of selling itself, it doesn't need this unnecessary hype.

I'd rather hear the draw on the radio any day. I want them to just get on with it.
