How many league places would the Stoke supporters on this board be prepared to give up for an FA Cup victory? I've always been of the opinion that I'd tell the grandkids about watching Matty's 90th minute winner at Wembley, but I probably wouldn't see fit to mention the season Stoke finished 8th, and how much better it was than finishing 17th.
totally agree with you peadar, would def accept 17th in exchange for an fa cup victory, sadly i dont think tp agrees and we will see fringe players again on sunday
I would love the cup, i'm positive we will get the points we need to stay up, so why not just go for it, once you are out it's over. The other thing is if you field a weakened side you could end up drawing and then have another fixture to play.

Would love us to beat Wolves obviously but I think home advantage will prove too much I think. I'd love us to go at it all guns blazing but I cannot see it, despite this I still think we'll beat the Dingles, we need to after the shambles at their place earlier on in the season.
