As a mental health sufferer and I have been for many years, not something I discuss, and am unlikely to discuss in any datail. Sorry, but I genuinly don't really see how this minute benefits the cause of MH. I tend to find there are a lot of good words contributed to causes, but very little in real understanding. To me it's like changing the mentality of racism, it's got a very long way to go, and they haven't even made the early steps towards it, in the same way they have or haven't with racism. Just a personal opinion, so not intended to offend anyone.
