Would quite like Ebbsfleet or Dartford away. Would be good to help out the local teams and could make for a decent match.
The money from a decent cup run could make a difference for us this season and as such a home draw versus any non league team not from Kent, or against a side that might give us a televised tie (thinking money again!) would suit me
I know its uninspiring but I want an awful non-league team that we can tonk and then another in round 2, for a club of our stature getting into round 3 is more important that a good round 1 draw.

A run in this competition is our best hope of getting money for new players, I know people look down their nose at the league cup, JP trophy, but these events can be large money spinners both gate receipts and prize money, we have blown both of those so this is our last chance.
Tenner would be fair, hope we make it cheap and try and create a good atmosphere, not to sound big headed but for either of those clubs a visit to the Priestfield is a real carrot for them to chase so I hope its noisy and a day to remember for there fans rather than a subdued 1,500-2,000 people
I wanted Gillingham to be drawn at home to non league opposition and that is precisely what we have got so I am really pleased with the draw
Im really pleased with the draw,I wanted a non league Team and we have got that at home.It did look for a while like we would get a League Team.Hopefully the Ticket prices are sensible so we can get around 5,000 in the ground.
Dont know how well they are supported but for atmosphere you would think Brackley may bring a few more as its a little closer to home. Be nice to see Mulligan back too of course. Edit perhaps not, i see Barrow get a fair few more on their home gate than Brackley. Lets just hope we give whoever it is a decent price. £10 and £5 for kids would be good i think
Brackley beat Barrow 0-1 in Extra Time.So we will see the return of Gary Mulligan next Saturday,FOM will be pleased .
Barrow have not been to Priestfield since 1972 when they were chucked out of the Football League. They used to play in black & white striped shirts and black shorts. When they ran out on to pitch we used to shout "Wheel 'em off!" Not very witty.... been good to see them again though, but happy to settle for Brackley and the Mighty Mulligan!
