Same formation but santi playing the wilshere role and wilshere or eisfeld playing more advanced. This is because recently i've noticed we fail to retain possession which is what our primary game plan relies upon. Arteta and santi both excel in this regard whilst wilshere and eisfeld tend to be more dynamic attempting to play the killer through ball and tend to be dangerous within the final third. I'm not suggesting santi isn't i just feel we lack a real grip in this particular part of our game wherein santi and arteta's experience may prove vital. Jack and eisfeld are still young and sometimes naive but have the ability to play in a more advanced position.

i thought we've been keeping possession fine recently. It's creating chances that is the problem. Cazorla needs to be far forward to help with this.

Pod and Ramsey need to be moved off the wings immediately. Ramsey to the bench, and Pod possibly to the forward role.

To be honest I think our midfield has been OK in the last few games.

Our forwards are not getting into the right positions. (and Giroud keeps losing possession) and our Goalkeeper and Leftback have been terrible.

Podolski should be played down the middle IMO.
