Good to see a start date for Liberty expansion Jan 2015. It's curious how a multitude of bad press and red tape can swamp the whole spectra of planning applications in city and county of Swansea. Yet from granting city centre enterprize zone status to building a new indoor ice rink the cardiff planning process looks a lot less fudged by councillors,planners ,media et al. Are Cardiff city region members and Assembly political heavyweights Russell Goodway /Roger Lewis and Andrew RT Davies the planning office in Cardiff ? Could the freedom of information Act be used to find out how Cardiff City stadium secured the funding for it's expansion and how this took place so quickly ?
