We've been linked with an insane number of players on the way in, but who do you think will be gone ( in addition to those released) before the end of August? From memory:
So far Kenny, Smith and DJ have had rumours linking them with other clubs. Young also allegedly looking elsewhere
Betty and Hulse have allegedly gone down the 'fight for my place' route
Buz has yet to sign his contract as far as I know
Barton surplus to requirements in every sense now, as Park will do his running around a lot job a lot better?...love the retirement rumour.
SWP....suspect we will keep him as an overpaid squad player
HH - all very quiet. If he's fit, he's worth another season, certainly in preference to Betty.

Thoughts, I must have missed a few

I'm really intrested to see what happens to SWP after a good pre-season with MH

Wonder if he can work his magic...? either that or he'll be at Wet Spam very soon...!

Just thinking the exact same thing. Kenny, Young, Buz, DJ and Hulse will all go or be pushed. Think SWP wil stay.

It all depends on Sparky's dynamic for next season. Offence or defence? If we play like we did for the last ten games or so then I shall be very disappointed. I hope he pushes the wingers onto the full backs, and then brings on Traore , Mackie , SWP, AJ, after Taarabt and Park have terrorised them for sixty odd minutes.

When MH said after the Man City game that we'd never be in that position again while he was manager, I think the writing was on the wall for at least half of that 25 man squad...

At this rate we'll need to buy another club to off load all the rejects to. There's one going cheap in Scotland...

I think all list will go except HH as hes very good when fit and SWP. not because I think the latter is any good but no one will take him. He will be our 3rd choice RW after Park and Mackie.

....and in the context of everything else going on, the decision to give Dyer another chance is even more mystifying.

It all come down to the balance of our 25 man squad that will be named after the transfer window closes. At this very moment we have 27 players in our squad, not including Park. But it includes four goalkeepers and Joey Barton. Only three keepers will be included and I'm not sure Hughes will include Barton. And with the usual suspects, DJ, Betty, Hulse, Ephraim and Smith going out on either loan or permanent and the inclusion of Park we have 21 players for the squad meaning there is four places up for grabs. Either filled with new blood or the ones mentioned above. By the way, Buz is no longer listed on the official site as his contract ended on the 1st of July. Could still resign though as I beleive he has a active contract offer from us.

Good spot Norway. 26 names on the list, and your comments above spot on, certainly some room for a couple more to come in. Nice touch that Ray Jones is there. Mike Rigg has certainly done a quick job trimming the squad from the bloated 40 we had last year.

And I forgot to exclude the under aged players, not sure who's eligible to be honest. That new guy Fabio maybe. Adel? Traore? Hogan? Could make even more space to maneuver in for Sparky.

I know it's a big turnaround for me personally but I hope we keep Helgusson to come off the bench with Johnson

A couple of years ago I would have driven him myself to another club after repeating the rules of off side to him first. It's almost like the prem suits him better than the championship
