Come on Redknapp lovers? Seriously, does anyone still want this cat in the hat anywhere near our team?

No team ethic
No style of play
No clue of the strongest first eleven
No transfer policy
No Idea on recruitment and what a newly promoted team actually needs


TF is as much to blame for a complete lack of knowledge making the same mistake again and again

Today we would have struggled against that old boys' walking football team. We are down with him in charge, pundits are not even talking about us being in the mix, its just assumed.

Yes, he got us up, but he also took us down, and we've had a relatively decent run of fixtures. I'm sorry, I cant stand the man and dont see what he possibly offers us other than parachute payments.
 
According to some on here, Harry is innocent. It's Fernandes that's culpable.
 
Fernandes has slightly more excuse for being clueless and we can only really replace one of them. If TF is going to do everything someone tells him, then he is going to keep doing it, so is it so much to ask that we can have someone who actually has the slightest clue about modern football and staying in the premier league telling him?
 
I nominate you mate. Or failing that everyone else on here bar three.
 
Tonys only responsibility is allowing himself to be basically "conned" by both Hughes and Redknapp. Other than that both managers were given the funds to do the job, and look where it's got us, 7 games, 4 points (again) and looking at changing manager again with all that entails. Unfortunately I don't think we have any other option.

To hear our manager blaming everything, unfit players, pre season, etc etc, when he's the one responsible is frankly embarrassing to the club. It's laughable. And all the while it's us fans that suffer the most.

Since Redknapp arrived I can count our good performance on one hand. We were lucky to be promoted and with hindsight Tony should have let Redknapp go then.

I'm trying think of something positive but struggling!!!!
 
i didnt see the game so cant comment on that, but i will say that this is possibly the turning point for me. I said i'd give him 12 games but the scores and points tally really doesnt look good.
those who wanted him gone are in a very strong position right now. Im not to big to put my hands up.

Once Ive read the match reports and poiss seen a reply of the game, i may comment, but like i said...This game was the "big one" for me....gutted !
 
I was at the game Queens.
I had a great seat so close to the play....normally I am at the top of the loft, where I do not see the players body language. Yesterday I did.

The players who play week in week out look jaded, quite, uninterested...Rio, Caulker, Traore, Fer, Niko(the last three are still trying)...the newer players (Ned, Adel) look brighter, but how long will that last.

So little resistance, they accepted the handball, before Ned put it in the net...only Green objected.
Rio does not jump, he never jumps, at fault for the goal, his marking is OK 80% of the time, but so prone to drift of in to his own world...he looks uninterested, and it may have been his style at the height of his powers....but now it is just disrespectful.

The players seem lost...Rio is not a leader (not a leader they respect)

We are missing a real leader on the field... we ARE missing Joey and Clint.
We are missing a leader of the field ......in the way Rio's lethargy is running into the defence....Arrys lethargy is running into the team

Wham really outplayed us , but when they lost the ball when winning 2-0, Fat Sam was on his feet berating the players, shouting, stamping around.
He was not pleased....I am not sure Arry ever got to his feet, he just lay back and accepted it.


This is not TF fault, he has given Arry all the tools to do a half decent job. We were all happy with the signings. Even Rio pleased most of us, he was going to be here a year, teaching Caulker and Ned the ropes.
Arry has the tools, he has not got a plan, the energy, the inspiration, the desire.

I do not blame TF in ANYWAY...but he needs to act soon....I do hope he is talking to Pulis...before Nwcastle do

I am really "hurt" by yesterday, I do not know why I support this team.
I cannot remember a season I enjoyed

The Championship season was ruined by Faulingate
the year after was a disaster until Cisse winner vs Stoke
The next year was just embarrasssing
last year was awful until the run up to the PlayOff (OK yes the playoff was the day of my QPR life)
This year, is shaping up like two years ago

I feel better for the rant...but Tony please do something...PLEASE
 
Sorry Beth to hear you went to such a poor game from our side. Fully agree , we need to act NOW , not when we get bashed by Liverpool if HR is still in charge
 
Although I did not see much of the game yesterday and I have not seen a tremendous amount of this season (although I was "lucky" enough to watch both the Tottenham and Manure debacles), I think I have seen enough to know where this is all going...
It is somewhat ironic that almost exactly 2 years since the last Sky debacle against West Ham (the 2-1 home loss live on a Monday night) we are back in almost exactly the same spot again. That night was the night the last of the Hughes apologists lost the faith, and it seems that yesterday was the day that many of the Harry apologists did the same. It is also ironic that the one bright spot two years ago was when Adel came off the bench and looked our best player and it seemed to happen again yesterday. That game came on the back of a very respectable 2-1 loss away at high-flying Tottenham (that we all believed we could build on) and this one came on the back of an almost respectable 2-1 reverse at High-flying Southampton...
So where has it all gone wrong?
MYTH: Hughes has already relegated us before Harry came in and there was nothing HR could do to stop that
FACT: Palace were in a worse situation the following season and finished mid-table. Consistently blaming Hughes for the relegation without holding HR to any of the same standards means that we are inclined to not see the exact same warning signs this year!. Completely new defence? check! Washed-up over-the-hill superstar from ManU? check! Players being picked with no form but big reputations above younger/ hungrier players? check!
Before any of you apologists tell me that he inherited a bitter/ divided/ poisonous dressing room let me ask you this? Did he contractually have to pick Bosingwa et al? and before you say he was better than any of the alternatives I give you exhibit # 1 - the final home game of the season against Newcastle - Rangers had already been relegated and had nothing to play for. The PR team brought the 82/83 promotion team to the game to lift spirits. There is absolutely no possible reason in the world to pick Bosingwa there... even the captain of the U14s would have been better (and the following week he finally pick Harriman, so there was an alternative).
So please can we stop leaving HR blameless for the first relegation.

MYTH: HR united the dressing room and got us promoted
FACT: The Rangers had the biggest budget in the league last year and yet consistently played terrible football and scraped through the play-offs. I would say that we were promoted last year DESPITE the influence of HR and not thanks to his influence

MYTH: HR is a great man-manager
FACT: Not one of our players has improved (either leadership or performance) under his watch. Many players have regressed...

Problem is that even if TF sacks him (and that will take some doing seeing as he virtually worships him), the whole culture of the club is quick-fixes - so the next big name manager (be it Pulis/ Sherwood etc.) will just make the same mistakes.
We need a massive culture shift from top to bottom, we need a shift in the way we train (from Youth team up), we need the whole club playing the same formation (from Youth team up) and we need to realize that this PL lark is going to take some hard work. Right now all I would like is to actually enjoy watching the Rangers once in a while... to be honest I can't actually remember the last time that happened - can any of you???
 
We're all hurting for sure. My mood is no better this morning which is very unusual for me. I normally lighten up a bit after a few hours but not this time.

Yesterday hurt bad, not because we lost but because of the manner of the loss. And because the manager didn't get off his arse once, other than at half time and for the subs. Its just not good enough. He must think we're mugs, players not fit???? Its OCTOBER man, its your squad and it was your pre-season, no one else's.

Its one lie after another. He didn't see Remy leaving!!!! Well everyone else did.

Tony needs to act and act now, otherwise we are doomed Mr Mannering.
 
Hughes doesn't need to be added in this He is a good manager and will out do Harold's career easily

If there any Harold supporters at the moment then face up shape up and tell us you were wrong The original few on here who said no to the appointment were right because we knew this was always going to be about his ego and him not a football club We also knew he couldn't coach and can't handle pride in any shape or form

I am seriously loving watching him squirm

However no QPR fan should give up and maybe he can turn it All he has to say in his media circus is that he was wrong just once it's that sime

He would go a long way as a man then IMO

I still want him to prove me wrong and turn our fortunes as there is no doubting we have some brilliant players now and those picking teams and picking on any player should look at themselves
 
its really too late for HR , if we are serious to get out of the mire we need to act now. In business , you hire slow and fire fast. TF should know this , line up the replacement and then shoot - but not in another 3 games time , do it now.
