Both Pardew and Barton have given good interviews in the build up to tonight, basically saying we are not safe and still have a job to do. We need to be proffesional and move on.

Pardew has even played down any ill feeling towards Carroll, which I think shows a proffesional side to the guys.

Yes I think we should all forget about Carroll and move on

We definetly still have a job to do, a win tonight could take us to 7th so I think we should think positive and aim as highest as we can

 

We have to forget about Carroll now as there is nothing we can do about it until we play Liverpool. The we can let him know our ire about his handling of the whole affair and Colo and Willo can put him in their back pockets.

Just like we were when we got relegated? This is a new club compared to the usual Newcastle. Different team spirit. When things are getting tough and not going right off the field, we turn it on.

Hughton gets fired - we go beat Liverpool as another example.

I expect every player to be playing out of their skin tonight, especially strikers wanting to be the new main striker. It's open for anyone and they know they won't lose their place

 

We seem to do well in the face of adversity, and a lot of that adversity has came from Carroll (court cases) so hopefully we come out like a wounded animal as we have done. I'll take a win tonight any way we can get it, really hope Ranger scores.
