He's just bought a house in London, and Fulham are offering him a coaching job since he's been doing his badges, and other duties within the club. I'm not sure a 2 spell at a Championship side would really feature highly in his plans. Plus, if his contract is getting terminated now you couldn't play him until July anyway.
Would have agreed with you at the start of the season proud - but he seems to have lost his appetite by all accounts .. shame really.
