I don't think that The Journal is any way, shape or form classed as a 'local' as regards Sunderland...It's a rag, a Mag rag, and nothing but a Mag rag, and I wouldn't waste a minute of my life reading it...

Sorry to dissagree MrRAW, but the journal and chronacle, are institutions in Ellington, where I sometimes get to live, the locals like the idea that a Mac reads their local papers, and I do, because they are cheaper than VIZ , and you get more laughs, cheap entertainment mate.

Or worse still off forums.
Each paragraph I feel as if I had read elsewhere.

Lazy lazy journalism at it's worst.
