Tom Heaton was a class keeper,but RedPrint is right the standard of keepers has dropped. Remember we have had world class keepers in Banks,clemence,shilton,seaman,james in the past.
Hart is still a worthy number one however it is good to see Heaton in the side, I'm sure he would be able to step up to the plate if required and it would be nice to see him in a friendly or 2. With James and now Heaton, we really have a knack for quality england keepers
I bet Burnley aren't too happy with it if they are trying to hold on to their players following relegation
Once Fielding is in the Championship, and if we do reasonably well next season I can see him in a future England squad. Not starting, but he could be named.
