I think with Fer he's reached the middle and thinks it's the top. Just doesn't seem to want to really make the effort more like I'll just tick over here until a big club comes in for me, thanks.

I feel he played quite well in his first few games, but then he just seemed to be 'ticking over', instead of going at full speed.

NCFC are on the verge of requiring a new director of recruitment - maybe you should fire you C.V. across. Being serious, it would be interesting to see us with players on the books who were more technical than physical. Maybe that's the way Adams will go? Fingers crossed.

I doubt it, I can't imagine technique being at the top of his list given how the youth team played. Just different physical traits, I'm waiting for him to wax lyrical about a player with this and that and can pass too, which means of course they just run around alot.

I'm not sure what he'll be going for but if Chester is leaving it again opens the door for more disfunction. I think we are seriously asking for trouble with all this upheaval and change with someone of little experience.

We seem to be continuosly asking for a seriously bloody nose at every turn.

Don't blame him really especially since he'd have to take on additional duties as a facilities manager and report to the terrifying Norwich board which has such exceedingly high standards and aspirations.
