He was simply relishing the FACT he was the better man today in every aspect and he couldnt control his emotions being with the victory so what??

Suarez is pure dirt no 2 ways about it and him and dogleash go well together, they are both shaming Liverpool and as a UTD fan its only great to see...

    This.

Evra is a player that gets on with life.

I don't blame him for his celebration at the end. I think most people would've done the same to be honest.

Suarez is a diving, cheating, racist little ****. <ok>

Suarez did enflame the situation today. Had a good chance to draw a line under this sorry affair but failed to be the bigger man. However Evra did let himself down by the end.

Evra did go over the top with his celebration, but at the end I'd the day thats all it was, a silly celebration. He didn't say anything to suarez, yes he walked past him as he celebrated for only a few seconds but was that really so bad that it needed half the Liverpool team to charge over and mob him?

I don't blame him for celebrating in an OTT way, but I do blame him for trying to drag Suarez into it. You can see him looking for Suarez so he can celebrate as near as possible to him and jump up and down in front of him when there was absolutely no need to do that. I'd much rather he'd spent his time celebrating with the fans to thank them for standing right behind him throughout the whole sorry affair than effectively try and use the fans' cheers to wind Suarez up.

I suspect the Liverpool fans who have put their allegiance to Suarez ahead of any kind of morality will be the same fans who call him a judas when he leaves for Spain in the summer which is inevitable. Either that or they'll blame Evra for being provocatively black and forcing the delightful Suarez out of English football.

Any rational person can see that Suarez is scum. He racially abuses and bites opponents. Dalglish has shattered his reputation by supporting such scum and after reviewing the refused handshake he probably regrets publicly backing Suarez. At the very least he got a nice new t-shirt out of the whole affair.

For Suarez to not shake is on thing but for Dalglish not to condemn him for it is even more disgraceful.

Then I've been on twitter and Piers Morgan was also saying it was wrong and in reply all he got was a load of Liverpool yobs having a go at him.

He is a good player but he had a very bad attitude and I hope he is further banned by the authorities.

I didn't like the celebrations too much. BUT.

Lest we forget about Neville's reactions after wins against Liverpool and City.

So I think too much is made out of that. And another point, even after Evra had done the celebrations, he had gone past Suarez, finished what he was doing then walking normally towards the tunnel with the rest of the players, then the referee intervened and then some more trouble brewed there.

Didn't particularly like Neville's reaction either, but then his was at least heat of the moment, i.e. in a very close and tense game and just after the decisive goal had been scored. Evra's was much more premeditated - to wait till the final whistle and then celebrate in a deliberately provocative way. As bad as Balotelli's in the FA Cup last season imo.

The trouble started before that - it started when Suarez was walking towards the tunnel, head down, and Evra jumped right in front of him waving his arms and trying to get a reaction. That's what caused the ref to run in, and half the Liverpool team to come charging over the have a pop. After that, the ref advised him to hang back and not walk into the tunnel until all the Liverpool players had gone to avoid making it worse.

evra just walked past suarez while waving his arms at the crowd.he didnt look at suarez and he then began to walk towards the tunnel normally.thats when the ref jumped in.i think most ppl would have done exactly what evra did.it wouldnt have happened if suarez had of shaken his hand anyway.plus the win will have felt alot more sweeter for evra considering everything,so the emotion of it would have made it hard for evra to not do what he did.we also need to remember what happened the last time we played liverpool, evra got lots of abuse, plus we lost.so this victory was so sweet.

Sorry mate, but Evra was moving in completely the opposite direction to the tunnel - Suarez was walking towards the tunnel when Evra jumped across in front of him and moved back towards the fans. Evra was consistently heading straight for the area of the fans nearest to Suarez, having tracked Suarez pretty much all the way towards the tunnel. I agree that most people would probably have done the same, but then most people would punch someone who kicked them to the floor, shoved them in the back, or racially abused them. Footballers are expected to behave better.

I'm not saying what he did wasn't understandable, but I'd still hope for better from someone who gets paid and trained to be in the public eye. I could understand it if it had been a spur of the moment thing, but I don't believe for a second it wasn't.

I don't buy that Evra was looking to get a reaction out of Suarez, there was plenty of other ways to incite a reaction, most easily of which would have been to confront Suarez himself. I wasn't at the game so all I can go by is the cameras which showed that Evra twirled his arms a few times after passing Suarez then stopped. Suarez didn't even look towards Evra or vice versa. Personally, I think that had the ref not came across, perhaps there wouldn't have been any trouble after that. Having said that though, Reina ran up towards the ref and Evra pretty sharpish so perhaps he was already on route to go towards Evra meaning that referee needed to intervene. But again, after the match, Evra talks to the referee and points over to the fans to which he goes towards. And he stops any celebrations BEFORE the ref and other players can rush over to him (after he and Suarez go past each other).
