    In all honesty with Ellington, isn't ramadan going to make getting fit in preseason very difficult?

    If you obstain from eating from dawn to sunset, that will not help the body whatsoever for a 30 day period of time. I certainly would struggle with it, and no doubt binge tonnes in both periods as my body would think " what are you doing to me! "

    Byron Lawrence does seem a prospect. Be interested to see if he can push on, lets hope.

    I would've thought so, but it doesn't seem to be doing him any harm. Think whats he going to be like when ramadam is over! I'm pretty sure Amir Khan tries not to fight around it.
