Apparently we may have had a loan bid accepted for 21 year old Everton defender Shane Duffy. May not come to fruition, however Keane's inexperience last season cost us a few times (granted he had some cracking games too) but I would prefer to see someone with a bit more experience at the back. Morning MF. That´s all it´s going to be now for the rest of this season, loanees I mean, in both this & the winter transfer window. I think it´s getting to be the norm for alot of clubs with the way football & spending is going. Any way, we do still need abit of cover & abit more strength in depth as our squad is abit thin on the ground (imo) so I would´nt be surprised to see a few come in. I ain´t heard any more about those 2 Arsenal players for a while. I´m off fishing for the weekend BUT I´ll be back just in time for the DIIIIIIIITY LEEEEEEDS K.O. We wont get anyone with experience that is good enough for a promotion push imo, as they are usually a part of the first team at their clubs, we haveto take risks with younger players from higher teams that will turn out to be prem league regulars one day.
