Current score: Everton 1 Tottenham 0. Now obviously our main goal is to catch City and win the title, however if we are unsuccessful in doing so 2nd place is at least looking assured. On the downside Arsenal may continue to creep up the league and catch Spurs. I really can't believe such a poor Arsenal side are closing in on 3rd. It really shows just how poor all the sides outside of the top 2 have been this season.
Well I think Arsenal will get one of the Champions League places. They are such a poor side but the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea have been truly dreadful while Spurs are falling to pieces.
Is it possible that Everton could overtake the scousers team led by Dalglish the buffoon? That will be some progress after that life changing Carling Cup win...
Anyone else think Harry being linked with the England job has been a crucial factor to their drop in form over the previous few games.
Don't flatter yourself, neither you or City have been great neither, and the proof of that is from what we see in Europe, both of you got knocked out in the group stages, and both of you are even struggling in the bloody europa league, and the only reason you are doing good in the league is because of how poor the other teams are, not because of how good you are.
yeah, congrats, you beat us, but it doesn't change the facts of what i said, i admit we have been weak, but seems you are in denial, but you tell me pal, how far did you get in the Champions League, and oh, what was the result of your last home game in the Europa League? the facts remain, the teams in the PL have been poor this season, including yourself, as shown in Europe, the only reason you are doing well in the league is not due to how strong you are, but as a result of how weak the other teams have been, which again, is reflected in the European results, now enjoy yourself in the Europa League Channel 5 where you manager had to be cut during an interview so they could get to the movie they had to air, LOL.
Although Liverpool only need to sign a couple of top class players to challenge for the title next season after the great strides they've shown under Dalglish, a win for Everton in the Merseyside derby on Tuesday will see the blue side of Merseyside leapfrog next season's champions elect.
'we will be champions next year' how many times have we heard this from the moronic scousers? With Dalglish the buffoon leading them that dream is as far away as ever...
