Cahill should have scored at least once and Beckford fluffed good chances. Others will go to Goodison and come away empty-handed soon, no doubt.
I watched a stream of the game as Norwich do not play until later today. I felt very disappointed in Everton, they just never really got going and looked disjointed most of the time. I did not think QPR were lots better but were certainly better on the day and that is all it takes. You can only play what is in front of you. Will have to see what happens over the coming weeks to form any real opinion about either side but the gut feeling is Everton might have a hard season ahead of them.
