    This January?

    No ****ing chance.

Even next summer, it would take a huge number to take him.

I kin hope not. He would be a massive loss to the club.

Martinez is very smart. He knows that there's no better CH in the Prem right now. Shut out Suarez and Lukaku. I'd bet every Manager in England would love to get Curtis (except Woy apparently). Travesty that he hasn't been called up. But its going to take a heck of a lot of money for Bruce to let him go.

If we were offered £6m he would be gone I'd presume. That would be almost a trebling of his value in 12 months. Unfortunately, this is our best way of moving forward. It would be great if we could deliver a 200% profit on every player after 12 months

Granted I'd be gutted if he left

We won't sell him for less than West Brom did.

In the summer you'd maybe consider such an offer, but in January absolutely not. The devastation to the season would be so costly.

No way he leaves in January. In the summer you would probably accept a very large offer.

While i agree we cant afford to let him go, if Everton offered 12 million it would turn Curtis' head. If i were him i would be thinking top four club, WC in the summer hmm.

Every player has his price unfortunately.

The unsellable simply have a higher price.
    1) hope he stays
    2) hope we don't have a repeat of the Turner farce!

Yea if they offered 12 mill we would laugh all the way to the bank. Then we would buy the strikers we have been missing. Im sure they would offer something like 5 for their first bid, 6 would take him. We paid 3.5 I think. He wont sell for enough to be worth letting him go in January.

No chance he will go, unless silly money was offered, which Everton seem to be short of.

Everton are skint...most of their good players are on loan deals. If they sell Baines then maybe a different story

If Chris Samba commands a £12M transfer fee, then so can Davies.

Nothing wrong with other clubs coveting our players as long as the other clubs are willing to pay over the odds for them.

if there is an offer anything above £6mill it would be accepted i reckon and we know with £6mill we couldnt find a replacement that comes close :/
we do have plenty of decentish defenders but Davies is the stand out player at City , and one of the top five English defenders in the Prem

Staying up is worth a lot more than £6m. Allam would laugh a bid of that size off.

I'm not sure what criteria people use to set the estimations of our player's values on here, but they always seem to be a fraction of the price that other clubs sell similar or inferior players.
If Davies was at Palace and Everton came sniffing there's no way they would accept less than £10million and they would get their asking price.

You've got to think £9m is the turning point. Anything less I'd like to think we'd say no.
