This blog looks at how Chanrai loaded the small creditors (remember the up to £2,500 small creditors he vowed to pay?) on to Pompey despite promising to pay them.

It also has a few words to say about Antonov - who has recently tweeted some comments about the PST bid.

It has surely got to get better now - it's all out in the open, Chanrai can't expect to get the keys to FP once again.

Next step is the courts deciding how much FP is worth and forcing Chanrai to sell - pleeeeeeeeze!

Well, the value of the stadium will be of interest to the hardcore fans.

How much do you think Fratton Park is worth as hardcore? <laugh>

I think the valuation of £2.75mil offered to BC is more than fair.

In partial answer to your question, a bulk bag of Ballast at B&Q is £45.56 for approx 800Kg, which works out to £56.95/Tonne.

If you can get 48,288 Tonnes of Ballast from the ground it works out to the £2.75Million the PST have offered Chainrai.

Don't tell him though - let's not put ideas in his head :steam:
