I'm not sure... I haven't seen anything from Wickham or Ji yet to convince me they're ready for a starting berth yet... Don't forget how well we played in the second half against liverpool and for the entire match against the scum until they scored and the whole squad went into meltdown.. If Gyan was on form or Sess had his shooting boots on we could very easily be sat with 6 points right now. The system works imo, it just depends on Sess and Gyan finding some goalscoring form. Obviously if that's not going to happen then we need to mix things up but I'm happy to give it a bit more time. I still have faith in the pair of them!
Vince we have bought these lads Ji and Wickham, the only way we are going to see if they can cut it, is to play them. I can't fathom Bruce on this one. Do they look ****e in training? We aren't talking 17 year old kids here, they are professional footballers.
Besides, if neither of them look like scoring after the first 30/40 minutes there's nothing to stop us bringing Ji or Whickham on then. I just think they should be given more chances to strike up a decent partnership before we start making dramatic changes..
You're not going to see anything from them unless they are given games mate. For 8 million quid he should be starting imho.
yes i agree very much we need to start with one or the other alongside gyan then bruce can make his judgements throughout the game and do his job as a manager
