We've booked our travel and accommodation for the Club Brugge match. Looking forward to it so much!

We're also looking to get to Bordeaux away. Hopefully we'll still be in it by then, and it's not just a final match.

Anyone else gan? I can't go to the first away tie.

What method of travel did you choose, and how much did it cost?

We're traveling by the train, down to London, then going via Euro star to Brussels. Then we're getting the train down to city where Brugge is. We should be there at around 17:00 local time.

Then we're coming back the same way, and getting back to Newcastle for about 15:00 Friday.

All round it will cost 330 quid for the both of us. It's worth it for the experience.

£165 eac, that's not too shabby, I've got Manchester to Brussels flights for 32quid return which I'm buzzing at. £50 ish petrol to take the car to Manchester, so 25 quid each, all I need to know is how much the train from Brussels to Bruges is, and what th echeapest possible accomodation is, any ideas?

    Alright chaps

just booked up myself for Brugges. we're travelling up to Edinburgh by train and flying from there on the way out and flying back into manchester with train back to newcastle. We've found a hotel for £100 for 2 nights with 3 sharing, its near the ground but its apparently 5 mins drive away from Brugges town centre - all in its costing £122 which includes train, plane and accomm.

Found this website when researching that says theres a train direct from Charleroi airport to Brugges (with change in Brussels) for 11 Euros

Also bit of info here with links to their rail sites if you want to book in advance :emoticon-0100-smile
