It's a **** competition with a **** format & **** prize money so it's quite fitting it has a **** venue. Another **** up by UEFA & the ugly, corrupt Frog.
How many corporate tkts have UEFA taken away from genuine fans as well. It really does my head in that the muppets in charge haven't got a scooby.

I hear Liverpool have got 9,000 tickets for the final and as many as 70,000 (although that figures seems a bit exaggerated to me) are making the trip. Most of them will probably be just going to join in the party atmosphere and have a few days away, but many will be hoping to find their way into the stadium. As long as they don't cause any trouble and don't get us banned from Europe again.
On the news this morning that between 20 and 25 thousand making the trip with 15,000 without tickets..
Having been in Manchester the night that Rangers pulled a similar (if much bigger) trick, I can only feel sorry for the good people of Basel. You get the feeling this may not end well.
Oh yeah, that was a messy one. I bet the locals are praying Liverpool win for that reason. If they fail to win, it'll rapidly dawn on them how much of a gargantuan failure their season has been, although I think they'll do it, unfortunately.

I'm not sure what is worse - a morose pi55ed scouser crying in to his beer and slowly getting angry or a deliriously happy pi55ed scouser "bantering" with the locals and pulling off all kinds of jolly japes.
Fully agree that we don't have the squad to cope at the moment - what I would love is for us to have the squad that means we could qualify on merit through our league position. The league always has to come first though. I quite like the idea of a trip to Minsk to watch us play although if I'm honest I would prefer playing the likes of Napoli, Nice or Sparta Prague rather than the Walrus Farmers.
