The best I could find with a quick google was this, which is the squad for the qualifying stages: http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/season=2012/clubs/club=75386/index.html If the group-stage squad isn't on the official UEFA website yet, it may be that it isn't in an official-and-public guise anywhere yet (although I'm surprised if that is the case). While looking, I stumbled across this: our 25-man squad for the Premier League: http://hammyend.com/index.php/2011/09/fulhams-25-man-premier-league-squad/ Good to see that we've named Stockdale even though we don't anticipate him having to come back from Ipswich other than in an emergency. Interesting as well that we only had 23 players to name, plus the younger players who don't need to be listed. At least if we make any signings in January, we'll be able to add them without having to leave anyone else out.
Of the regular first teamers, the following would qualify towards the 8 "home-grown" player requirement: 2 Stephen Kelly 4 Steven Sidwell 6 Chris Baird 8 Andrew Johnson 12 David Stockdale (on loan) 13 Danny Murphy 14 Philippe Senderos 16 Damien Duff 18 Aaron Hughes 20 Dickson Etuhu 25 Robert Zamora 28 Matthew Briggs 29 Simon Davies The issue is more our 4 Fulham trained players; I imagine that Briggs aside we will need to name 3 youngsters (such as Neil Etheridge or Courtney Harris) to pad out the squad. This will limit our squad to 21 as all the "Fulham-trained" players would qualify as under 21 players anyway.
Europa Squad has now been posted on UEFA site but some odd inclusions: http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/season=2012/clubs/club=75386/squad/index.html Ruiz not included in the Squad. Orlando Sa is quoted as wearing Number 9 Shirt. But Stockdale, Dalla Valle, Halliche, Marsh-Brown and Carlos Salcido, Greening!!!, Dikagcoi !!! also listed ? and Marcello Trotta listed twice although of under age player!!! So don't think this is the ultimate list!!! unless they have changed rules.
Ruiz is not eligible for us in the Europa League this year, unless I've misread the rules.
