Just looking at upcoming fixtures we might just have been done a favour by the Euro trials of Arsenal, Spurs and Everton.

We play Arsenal on Wednesday, who since we last played, will have played Monaco (Wed) and Everton (Sun).

Then come Spurs next Saturday, since our last game they will have played Fiorentina (Thur), Chelsea (Sun) and Swansea (Wed).

After the Palace away match we then face Everton on the Sunday after playing Dynamo Kiev on the Thursday before. The only shame there is they play Kiev at home as a trip back from Ukraine would really have helped us.

Those are three vital home games and if a little fatigue hampers our opponents we might just be in with a chance...

Euro Fatigue sounds like someone we'd have tried to sign in January.

There is definitely something to the european hangover thing though and it is cause for optimism.

Which is why we should go at these teams and make them work. No time to be nice.

Sorry to pop your bubble but just about every time I've thought that about an opposing team, we lose.
I am a a little more optimistic but that is because of the way Ramsey has set the team up and the attacking style of play - not the number of games the opposition has played.
